This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for execution, accountability, and continuous improvement across back-office and support functions.What You’ll OwnScheduling TeamService CoordinatorsBilling TeamCustomer Service / Front OfficeKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily support operations to ensure jobs are scheduled, executed, and billed efficientlyDrive accountability with clear expectations, follow-up, and performance managementIdentify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to improve workflow and productivityPartner on budgeting, forecasting, and operational planningMonitor key metrics including scheduling efficiency, billing cycle time, and revenue captureLead, coach, and develop team members across departmentsEnsure high service levels for internal and external customersImprove processes, workflows, and system utilization (ServiceTrade, QuickBooks)What We’re Looking ForProven experience leading multiple operational teams in a service-based businessStrong business acumen and understanding of financial performance driversTrack record of improving processes and driving resultsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentServiceTrade or similar system experience preferredFire and life safety experience is a plusAbout UsFounded in 1988, Fire Protection Services is a locally owned company providing inspection, repair, and support for commercial fire and life safety systems across Georgia and surrounding areas.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus bonus, $80k - $120k based on experienceHealth insurance and 401(k)Paid time offOpportunity to make a direct impact in a growing companyPowered by JazzHR
