We offer full-service project management, data migration, development, deployment, training, and ongoing support.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Laguna Beach, CA, for an Epicor Operations Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing Epicor Kinetic solutions, analyzing business operations, managing workflows, and overseeing the full lifecycle of projects. Additional responsibilities include consulting with clients to define and meet their needs, data migration, process optimization, providing training, and offering technical support post-implementation.QualificationsEPICOR KINETIC IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.Strong analytical skills and expertise in identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective business solutionsProficiency in consulting and operational management to optimize processes and workflowsExcellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with teams and clientsExperience in customer service, providing hands-on support, and resolving client issuesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detailFamiliarity with Epicor Kinetic, data migration processes, and enterprise software integrations is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
