Youth Agility Coach

Responsibilities: - Implement behavior management techniques to create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. - Provide coaching in various sports such as soccer, football, baseball, basketball, etc. - Supervise activities at the club ensuring the safety of all participants. - Tailor coaching sessions to meet the individual needs and skill levels of students. - Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere to encourage skill development and growth. - Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate training sessions and events effectively. - Maintain equipment and facilities used for coaching activities. Experience: - Demonstrated experience working with students in a coaching capacity. - Previous experience in sports coaching or related fields is highly desirable. - Familiarity with behavior management strategies and techniques. - Ability to adapt coaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Requirements: - Knowledge of behavior management principles in a coaching setting. - Experience in sports coaching or relevant fields is preferred. - Ability to work collaboratively with a team of coaches and staff members. - Passion for promoting health and wellness through sports activities.
