Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist (Hybrid) – Full-time | On-siteCEVENINI USA LLC | 7602 Energy Parkway, Suite 4 – Curtis Bay, MD 21226We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to support both Warehouse/Logistics and Customer Care in our U.S. facility. This is a hybrid role in a fast-paced environment with daily coordination with our Italian headquarters.What You'll Do· Process customer orders and quotations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central· Respond to customer calls/emails and coordinate with Italy for pricing, backorders, and technical support· Receive inventory (including containers from Italy), stock shelves, and maintain accurate inventory records· Pick/pack/ship orders and create shipping documentation (UPS/FedEx/trucking)· Coordinate shipments with carriers/forwarding agents and communicate daily shipment updates to ItalyWhat We're Looking For· Experience in warehouse operations and/or customer service (hybrid experience a plus)· Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail· Comfortable working both in the warehouse and at a desk (phone/email/ERP)· Forklift license preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)· Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbsNice to Have· International shipping exposure· Experience working with small teams and multiple priorities· Comfort with basic spreadsheets and reporting
