Role Description We are seeking a Wisconsin Licensed Land Surveyor for a full-time, on-site position at our Janesville, WI office. The role involves conducting and managing land surveys, preparing plats/maps, analyzing boundary and topographic data, supervising field crews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include reviewing survey results, creating reports, utilizing relevant software tools, and collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate and efficient solutions. Qualifications Strong proficiency in land surveying techniques, boundary analysis, and topographic surveyingExperience with survey equipment, CAD software, and GIS toolsAbility to manage and supervise field crews effectivelyStrong organizational skills for project management, with attention to detail and deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, engineers, and other professionalsRequired: Valid Wisconsin Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensePreferred: Familiarity with Wisconsin and Northern Illinois survey laws and regulationsPreferred: Experience with civil engineering projects and site design
