Position Available: Skilled Nursing ProfessionalThis position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Skilled Nursing Professional to provide exceptional care in a subacute and skilled nursing setting. This role involves working with patients to administer care, support daily living activities, and contribute to their overall health and well-being.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality patient care in accordance with care plans.Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.Administer medications and monitor patient health status.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent licensure as a Nursing Professional in the state.Previous experience in skilled nursing or related healthcare environments preferred.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.Assignment DurationThis is a contract position.
