Responsibilities:Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safetyUpon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignityCultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residentsContributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiativesEngages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience
