Responsibilities Test new features of Pronto’s advanced technology at our test site in the bay area/sacramento Help deploy and monitor Pronto’s system at customer sites Ensure safe operation of a class-8 trucks/mining haul trucks, while testing advanced safety features Provide feedback on Pronto’s advanced technology performance directly to the engineering team Always stay fully alert during highway/off-road testing, while monitoring the performance of the system Willingness to assist with all tasks related to the development of our products Monitor base truck maintenance for multiple haul trucks Ability to inventory parts needed for base trucks and autonomous kits Highly organized and able to track invoices, POs, and service schedules Willingness to travel to customer sites for deployment testing Requirements Professional driving experience Preferred: Valid CADL Preferred: OTR experience or Mining/Quarry experience A clean driving record with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience Willingness to travel and work occasional nights & weekends Experienced driving in inclement weather Technically inclined individuals preferred Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to Transportation and Mining Use, and be prepared with appropriate PPE for job sites and beyond Interest in autonomous technology Benefits Competitive pay Work in a fast-growing startup Weekly catered lunches and unlimited snacks, beverages, and fruit at the main office Spend most nights at home Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Driving: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: CDL (Required) Work Location: In person
