Summary This position will be responsible for managing our website, marketing web applications, email campaigns, and other marketing/sales LMS programming needs as they arise. Plan, own and execute website strategy, make updates and improvements, and add new capabilities to support marketing goals and business objectives Build, design and publish new content, including interactive landing pages to support new products and campaigns Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. Develop server-side code and APIs using programming languages such as Python, PHP, SQL, Node.js Write clean, modular, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal website performance and user experience Drive organic website traffic growth by executing SEO strategy: content optimization, onsite SEO, technical SEO, offsite SEO, site speed &performance, site structure Own website conversion rate optimization strategy; make data-driven recommendations and decisions that optimize visitor experience,increase engagement and improve conversion rate Stay up to date on the latest web tools, technologies and best practices required to run a world-class website Program, deploy and manage different marketing campaigns within Pardot, Mailchimp Manage Basecase development & updates Collaborate with IT dept on any IP, DNS, networking and cybersecurity objects related to website and web applications Perform special projects and analysis as appropriate for position Act as a liaison between IT and Marketing/Sales/Clinical for Salesforce initiatives/optimizations/issues Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, web development, digital marketing or related field 4+ years Web Programming Languages and Graphic Design Proficient in WordPress, plug-ins for complex websites for form/functionality/speed, SalesForce, Pardot, Basecase (or other web-apps) In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Familiarity with back-end frameworks (such as Django, Express, etc.) Understanding of web applications including security, session management, and best development practices Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools, GA4 Proven ability to write technical and process documentation Other Skills Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public group, and/or boards of directors. Mathematical skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information.
