Nurse Manager Gynecology (Non-OB) | Multi-Site Ambulatory PracticeLocations: Burlington, Peabody & Lexington, MAWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations and nursing practice across a large, growing Gynecology-only division (no Obstetrics). This role supports a complex and diverse patient population across multiple gynecologic subspecialties, including General Gynecology, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). With the continued addition of urogynecology and gynecologic oncology providers, this position plays a key role in supporting increased patient volume and procedural complexity.About the Role: The Nurse Manager oversees day-to-day clinical operations and staff utilization across Burlington, Peabody, and Lexington, leading a team of Nurses and Medical Assistants. This role emphasizes people leadership, workflow optimization, and consistent, high-quality care delivery across all sites and specialties. You will partner closely with physician-surgeons and clinic leadership to support safe procedures, effective staffing models, and an exceptional patient experience. Bachelors of Science in Nursing required with a Master's degree in Nursing or related field in order to have full understanding of Nursing Services functions preferred.Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Life Support Certification: BLSSkills, Knowledge & Abilities:Demonstrates the necessary clinical competence in area of nursing practice.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Basic computer skills.Experience:A minimum of five years of accumulated in-patient nursing experience and two years leadership experience.Pay Range:$165,000.00 USD - $215,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
