Coverage Needed:ASAP - OngoingMonday-Friday9am-5pmCall - Home based with ER/Hospitalist providing inpatient and ER AssistanceClinical Information:PA available to provide assistancePrimarily ambulatory but both OR coverage as well as ER Procedures required: Minor head and neck capabilities, PE tubes, sinus surgery/epistaxis, foreign body removal, laceration repair, pediatric and adult care, minor facial traumaEMR: EPICEPIC experience highly preferredRequired:Active PA LicenseBoard Certified -American Board of Otolaryngology (ABOHNS certification)DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeCurrent Flu VaccineMust be fully vaccinated for Covid 19Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
