Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Human Resource Specialist to support core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to grow their generalist experience while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.This is an onsite postion.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee records, and offboarding processesAssist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant tracking systemsMaintain accurate and confidential employee files in compliance with company policies and legal requirementsRespond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and proceduresAssist with HR reporting, audits, and data entry to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport benefits administration, including enrollments and changesHelp coordinate training programs, employee communications, and engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulationsQualifications1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support roleWorking knowledge of HR best practices and employment lawsStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionallyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS experience a plusExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentPreferred SkillsExperience supporting recruitment or benefits administrationFamiliarity with employee relations processesHR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not requiredWhy This RoleOpportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functionsCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageProfessional development and growth opportunities
