BEPC Inc. is looking for an *Operator I in Temecula, CA* *PAID WEEKLY!!!* *Work Location: Onsite* *Contract: W2 Length (12-months, Onsite)* *Benefits:* Medical, Vision, Health Care, 25K Life Insurance *Education*: HSD or GED. *Pay rate: $18.25-$ 19.25* *Shift: Monday through Friday* BEPC is actively hiring *Medical Device Operators I, II, and III* to join our client's manufacturing team in Temecula, California. Multiple levels are available, providing opportunities for candidates with varying levels of hands-on manufacturing experience.This is an excellent opportunity to build or advance your career in the medical device manufacturing industry. Operators will perform detailed manufacturing activities requiring precision, strong hand-eye coordination, and consistent adherence to established quality and production procedures.The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, is comfortable performing detailed work under a microscope, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality products. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform hands-on medical device manufacturing, production, and assembly activities. * Use microscopes to complete detailed manufacturing, assembly, and inspection tasks. * Handle and manipulate small components using appropriate hand tools. * Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards. * Read, understand, and accurately interpret manufacturing documentation. * Inspect products and components to ensure they meet established quality requirements. * Perform basic production-related calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. * Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive manufacturing tasks. * Communicate effectively with supervisors, trainers, and production team members. * Participate in required training and consistently apply learned procedures on the manufacturing floor. * Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment. * Support additional production responsibilities based on operator level and business needs. *QualificationsRequired Qualifications* * Minimum *6 months of hands-on manufacturing experience*. * Comfortable performing detailed work using a microscope. * Ability to follow manufacturing policies, procedures, and work instructions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. * Ability to handle small components and use hand tools. * Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. * Ability to maintain dependable and consistent attendance. * Must successfully complete required *vision and color-vision testing*. *Preferred Experience* * Medical device manufacturing experience is highly desirable but not required. * Precision assembly or inspection experience. * Previous microscope experience. * Experience working with small components and hand tools. * Experience in a regulated or quality-controlled manufacturing environment. * Stable manufacturing or production employment history. *Operator level (I, II, or III), shift assignment, and pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and position availability.* *Physical Requirements*Candidates must be able to: * Sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 10 hours during the workday. * Perform detailed and repetitive work using microscopes and small hand tools. * Demonstrate close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. * Occasionally crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull. * Lift and carry items weighing less than 50 pounds. * Maintain accuracy and concentration throughout repetitive production activities. *USOPS* Pay: $18.25 - $19.25 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location: In person
