Without them, I’d be waiting somewhere, waiting for someone to give me a chance to live...” - Client from Telecare What You Will Do to Change Lives The Regional Clinical Trainer plans, develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates educational and clinical programs in the assigned region.Shifts Available: Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts vary as needed | Days: Monday - FridayExpected starting wage range is $88,090.33 - $108,823.48. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.Travel in the Northern Ca and Bay area is required for this role.What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) One (1) year of full-time experience planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs in a psychiatric settingTwo (2) years of experience developing and managing projectsTwo (2) years of experience developing training programsTwo (2) years facilitating in-person and virtual trainingMaster's Degree (licensed or license eligible in the field of social work, psychology, or counseling; OR Master's degree and certification in rehabilitation or creative arts therapyMedical knowledge and experience in mental health and the recovery philosophy is necessaryCurrent knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the delivery of health care in Region and demonstrable understanding of Behavioral Health are essentialMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employmentAll opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
