Fabricator / WelderReworld is seeking a skilled Fabricator / Welder to support project-based shop work in either Hernando, Florida or York, Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for the fabrication and welding of steel and stainless-steel assemblies of varying complexity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is a safety-focused professional with strong fabrication skills, code welding experience, and a desire to grow a long-term career in industrial fabrication.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate steel and stainless-steel assemblies of varied size and difficultyInterpret and work from blueprints, fabrication drawings, and specificationsPerform MIG and TIG welding in accordance with applicable codes and standardsMeasure, cut, bend, and form metal components using shop equipmentOperate fabrication equipment including plasma table, press brake, band saws, torches, lathes, mills, and hand toolsSafely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and telehandlersPerform code welding, including pressure vesselcertified welding when requiredMaintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standardsCollaborate effectively with shop team members and project stakeholdersSafety & Quality ExpectationsMaintain zero tolerance for unsafe behaviors or conditions involving yourself and othersDeliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail and pride in resultsFollow all Reworld safety policies, procedures, and training requirementsRequired QualificationsCertified MIG and TIG welding experienceProven ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprintsHands-on experience with metal fabrication tools and shop equipmentAbility to safely operate overhead cranes and mobile material-handling equipmentTechnical or vocational welding school training, or equivalent welding experienceAbility to work 12-hour shifts as required by project schedulesPreferred QualificationsCode welding experience, including pressure vessel or code-standard workExperience welding P1, P3, P4, and P5 materialsPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and welding for extended periodsWork performed in an industrial fabrication shop environmentUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesIn addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits. The benefits would include medical, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans; 401(k) plan; paid parental leave; paid time off; and paid holidays.The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $60,000.00 - $79,900.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
