Job Title: Busser / Crew MemberLocation: Beach Happy Café and Cocktail - Seagrove, FLPay: Starting at $14.00/hour + tipsPosition Summary:Beach Happy Café is looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Crew Members to join our front-of-house team as Bussers. This role is key to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while supporting servers and ensuring guests have a great experience.Key Responsibilities:Clear and reset tables quickly and efficientlyMaintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service areasAssist servers by refilling water, running food when needed, and supporting guest requestsRemove trash, sweep floors, and keep all areas neat and sanitaryStock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.)Help maintain restroom cleanliness throughout shiftProvide friendly and attentive service to guests when interactingFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelinesQualifications:Previous restaurant experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong work ethic and attention to detailPositive attitude and team-player mindsetAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shiftAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysWhat We Offer:Starting pay at $14.00/hour plus tipsFlexible schedulingFun, fast-paced beachside work environmentOpportunities for growth within the companyPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periodsComfortable working in a busy and sometimes hot environment
