Responsibilities include Full project management of commercial plumbing operations Coordinating large groups of workers, including plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors Communicating and strategizing with the General Contractor daily Planning work schedules, manpower, and project sequencing Managing material orders, deliveries, and inventory Reading and interpreting plumbing drawings, specifications, and construction documents Monitoring project progress, quality control, and safety compliance Ensuring all plumbing installation aligns with project requirements, codes, and deadlines Leading meetings, relaying information from the GC, and solving jobsite issues proactively Looking for superintendent-level candidates with proven experience running large commercial projects.
