Patterns Hiring is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Utica, NY | ️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 36 hrs/week | 12-Hour Evening Shift (10:30a–11:00p) Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Emergency Department with 2 years ED experience , including pediatric exposure , and prior travel experience required . Must be confident managing high-acuity cases such as stroke, sepsis, trauma, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure in a fast-paced environment . The RN will provide triage, rapid assessment, medication administration, and critical care interventions , including management of pressors, vasodilators, anti-arrhythmics, sedation, and emergency drips . Must be comfortable working with diverse patient populations (newborn to geriatric) and advanced equipment. Charge capability highly preferred. Floating required; block scheduling not guaranteed.
