Machine Operator

In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our machinery runs smoothly and our daily production targets are met. Job Duties: Safely setting up, calibrating, and operating production machinery according to standard operating procedures. Closely monitoring equipment during operation to ensure high product quality, consistency, and a continuous workflow. Conducting routine quality checks and performing basic troubleshooting to resolve minor mechanical adjustments or issues. Feeding raw materials into production machines and carefully handling finished products for the next stage of processing. Collaborating seamlessly with your team to hit daily operational goals and production deadlines. Upholding all company safety guidelines, utilizing proper PPE, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Preferred Experience: Previous experience working as a Machine Operator, Assembly Technician, or in a manufacturing/production environment is a major plus. Prior experience with production machinery or basic mechanical hand tools is highly preferred, but we are willing to train. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, precise work. Solid communication skills with the ability to easily follow written blueprints, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and verbal directions. Dependable transportation to ensure consistent, on-time attendance. The physical capability to safely lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift. Benefits and Pay: Pay range of $20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses available for outstanding employees.
