Job DescriptionWorkday Analyst / DeveloperMust Have Technical/Functional Skills Workday Analyst/Consultant focuses on system configuration, business process design, and reporting within Workday HCM Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM functional configuration. Strong knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, Talent, or Recruiting modules. Proficiency in creating complex reports and calculated fields. Excellent communication skills to partner with business stakeholders and IT teamsRoles & ResponsibilitiesSystem Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes, Supervisory Organizations, Security Groups, and Cost Centers.Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports using Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, and Dashboards for HR stakeholders.Integrations: Design, test, and deploy inbound/outbound integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.Process Improvement: Partner with HR to understand needs and transform them into functional specifications, driving automation and streamlining efficiency.Testing & Support: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario creation, and provide post-production support to troubleshoot issuesSalary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
