AI Program Manager

What You'll Do:✅ Develop and maintain an AI strategy aligned with corporate objectives, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and HSE stakeholders✅ Own portfolio governance — maintaining a centralized inventory of AI projects, tools, and vendors while eliminating shadow AI and redundant spend✅ Lead delivery of approved AI initiatives from proof-of-concept through production deployment✅ Manage vendor and partner relationships, evaluating emerging AI technologies relevant to the industry✅ Partner with Data, Cybersecurity, and Legal teams to ensure AI initiatives meet data privacy and regulatory standards✅ Drive AI literacy, training, and adoption across the organization✅ Define and report KPIs that demonstrate AI business value to leadership✅ Chair the AI Governance working group, establishing risk frameworks and responsible AI guardrails✅ Serve as the primary intake point for AI-related requests, streamlining demand on core IT teams✅ Prepare executive-level briefings and business cases communicating AI portfolio status and opportunities💡 Why This Role?This is a chance to build and lead an enterprise AI program from the ground up — shaping strategy, governance, and innovation at the executive level while driving real, measurable business value.
