Our inclusive packaging has blind and low-vision shoppers in mind with braille and proceeds support 501c3, Inspiration Foundation. Position SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager will work closely with IMS Trading’s Management team and play a crucial role in growing our business by establishing and expanding business relationships with clients and partners.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES·        Achieve IMS Trading’s sales and margin goals on a monthly/yearly basis.·        Grow sales pipeline to meet or exceed the Company’s business plan, by succeeding in bringing in new accounts or leveraging existing accounts and by building partnerships with key accounts to fortify the Company’s position to develop new business.·        Management and motivation of all independent sales representative firms within the territory.·        Provide training and education to sales reps on unique items and new products. ·        Gather competitive data and generate comparative analysis on our existing and new products compared to the competition.·        Maintain and update sales pipeline, account information, and sales process in IMS’s CRM System.·        A minimum of 50% Travel is required throughout the territory.·        Develop a clear and measurable volume, promotion and distribution plan to achieve sales objectives with all assigned direct customers and work with broker partners to implement the same plans and objectives with their represented customers. Qualifications & skills·        10 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods products, with relevant buyer relationships in the territory.·        Bachelor’s Degree.·        Strong understanding of IMS Trading’s range of products and the retail industry.·        Exceptional communication and presentation skills.·        Highly proficient at developing and delivering sales presentations to achieve the objectives within the business plan.·        Experience in forecasting and budgeting to reach sales goals.·        Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).·        Knowledge and use of advanced selling skills, including consultative selling and use of relationship selling, and executive selling.·        Demonstrates executive selling skills, including ability to gain access to key decision-makers.·        Ability to negotiate and close the sale in a minimum amount of time.·        Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.·        Self-driven to achieve goals; high energy level is essential, strong, dedicated work ethic.·        Resourceful, entrepreneurial, and innovative. physical & Mental/Cognitive Requirements:   (with or without the aid of reasonable accommodation and medical devices)   ·        Prolonged periods of remaining stationary while working on a coomputer.Must be able to move to 15 pounds at times.Able to travel as needed.Values  ·        Social Impact: Support our mission to foster inclusivity and contribute to increasing employment opportunities for diverse talent, particularly individuals with disabilities, through your daily work and commitment to our purpose-driven goals.·        Sustainable Contribution: Contribute to our commitment to sustainability by aligning personal work practices with eco-friendly and socially responsible objectives, supporting a healthier planet.·        Ethical Conduct: Uphold a culture of ethical practices by embracing transparency, accountability, and responsible communication in your role, strengthening consumer trust and company integrity.
