Program Manager IV
Overview:
In this role you will drive strategic programs that advance financial and operational excellence for a global organization. You will partner with senior leadership to steer cross-functional initiatives that shape the company's financial systems and processes. You'll navigate ambiguity, foster stakeholder collaboration, and lead change across multinational teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This position offers high-impact work with visibility at the executive level and a chance to influence critical transformation initiatives. You will work remotely within the US, with occasional travel for key projects. Compensation / Benefitsremote work eligible within the USoccasional travel may be requiredcontract through June 30, 2027 with potential extension
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic, cross-functional programs with global scope and senior leadership visibility
- Manage complex projects across time zones and competing priorities
- Shape and deliver initiatives that improve financial systems and processes
- Maintain program governance through roadmaps, RAID tracking, and milestone management
- Coordinate multiple functions to align on priorities and drive results
- Foster close collaboration with stakeholders and drive change across the organization
Key requirements:
- 8-9 years of experience in strategic program or project management within Finance, Operations, or Corporate Development
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-border programs across multiple time zones
- Deep understanding of finance operating models, including statutory reporting, transfer pricing, payroll, tax compliance, and ERP systems
- Outstanding executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong program governance discipline, including roadmaps, RAID tracking, and milestone management
- Ability to coordinate multiple functions with competing priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Slack, and Google Suitestakeholder managementclear communicationcross-functional collaboration
