Admin Officer
Job description:
Providving advise, assistance and following – up on employment law, company policies, procedures and documentation to superiors in compliance to US regulation.
Oversight employee schedules, update holidays, sick & vacation benefits. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
Submit online job postings, review candidates and schedules job interviews, preparing the hiring documents and process to hire new employees for company.
Review time attendance on system, perform payroll W-2 wage processing for King Coffee USA Inc’s employees. Then coordinate with Heartland payroll agency for W-2 payroll process.
Coordinating with Insurance companies for the Commercial Property Insurance, worker Compensation Insurance, Health Insurance, Liability Insurance, Vehicle insurance…
Perform various routine clerical duties, utilizing standard office equipment, to include: order office supply, screening incoming calls; taking and transmitting messages; maintaining calendars; scheduling meetings to Country Head; processes,receives, sorts and distributes a variety of mails.
Review and process the contract with Landlord, vendors, suppliers… before submitting to Country Head, Head Quarter, and CEO for final approved
Prepare internal required documents by company such as proposals, requisitions…
Record, update to employess’s country’s holidays and company benefits.
Managed reception, meeting and greeting clients/visitors.
[Booking air tickets, apply for or renew the passport for CEO’s kids
Collect the monthly report from sales team and send it Country Head.
In addition, supporting tasks related to USA Office business activities as follows: Costco project, Accountant, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Purchasing, assistant store manager job…
Other tasks directed by Country Head in USA and HRM in Head Quarter
Requirements:
College/University degree
Experience in an administrative role
Good understanding of US employment law and regulatory compliance
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Vietnamese is an advantage
Honest, careful, enthusiastic, cheerful, dynamic, and sociable

Pay: $3,168.00 - $3,872.00 per month
