Senior Title Officer - Minimum 10 Years Experience

This position offers an opportunity tocontribute to a reputable organization committed to excellence inthe financial services and real estate sectors.*Responsibilities** Conduct thoroughtitle searches and examinations to verify property ownership andidentify any liens, encumbrances, or legal issues*Prepare and review title reports, ensuring accuracy and compliancewith industry standards and regulations* Coordinatewith underwriters, escrow officers, lenders, and attorneys tofacilitate smooth transaction processes* Ensureadherence to FNMA guidelines, Fair Housing regulations, TILArequirements, and other applicable legal standards*Assist in the preparation and review of loan documentation,contracts, and escrow instructions* Analyze creditreports and financial data relevant to property transactions * Support loan origination and processing activities byproviding clear title information and resolving discrepancies * Maintain detailed records of all title searches, reports,and correspondence for audit purposes* Stay updated onchanges in mortgage servicing laws, banking regulations, andindustry best practices*Skills** Extensive experience with FNMA guidelines andunderwriting procedures* Strong knowledge of mortgageservicing, loan processing, and credit analysis*Proficiency in TILA regulations, contracts law, escrow procedures,and fair housing laws* Ability to perform basic mathcalculations accurately; proficiency in 10-key typing for dataentry* Familiarity with loan officer functions and theoverall loan origination process* Excellent attentionto detail with strong organizational skills* Effectivecommunication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders infast-paced environments* Demonstrated ability tointerpret complex legal documents related to real estatetransactions* Knowledge of banking operations relatedto mortgage lending and title insurance processesThis position is ideal for a seasoned professional seeking achallenging role within a reputable organization that valuesexpertise in real estate titles and mortgage compliance.Job Type: Full-timePay:$24.42 - $32.56 per hourExpected hours: 40per weekBenefits:401(k) * Dental insuranceHealth insurance*Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
