Reports should be clearly outlined/highlighted the vent management procedures with dates and locations for each procedure. We are not able to search through many pages of case logs to find what we need, it needs to immediately be clear if they meet this requirement. We cannot wait for these items to be uploaded later. Logs must be uploaded along with CV at the time of presentation. Evidence of these case logs needs to be included with the presentation, we will not clear any providers without the relevant case logs attached. Looking for Hospitalist coverage- 3 providers for day shifts, Tuesday to Tuesday (7am-7pm), needing coverage for 1-2 weeks a month. Starting Mid-March/beginning of April.
