Program Manager, Workforce Planning

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager Workforce Planning to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $143,800 – $194,600 annuallyResponsibilities Own the Workforce Planning operating calendar and cadence Track plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions across workstreams Manage the Enablement & Adoption operating model and infrastructure Challenge unclear objectives; escalate risks with solutions Package and distribute Workforce Planning insights and materials effectively Leverage Talent Acquisition to disseminate Workforce Planning content Create and uphold templates and self-service resources for the teamQualifications 8+ years in program management or strategy operations Strong project management and multitasking skills Ability to create clear plans and timelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership materials Proficient in risk management and dependency tracking Strong attention to detail with an ability for follow-through Comfortable using data and feedback for tracking delivery Experience with automation and AI tools in operational workflowsBenefits Opportunities for training and professional development Cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams Access to innovative workforce planning tools and methodologiesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
