Responsibilities: - Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness  - Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service  - Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality  - Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets  - Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency  - Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food/Hospitality industry  - Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  - Strong organizational and time management abilities  - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment  - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays This position offers a robust benefits package, Health Savings Account (HSA), Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(K) Plan + Company Match, Paid Time Off, Employee Resource Group(s), Tuition Reimbursement program through Colorado Technical University, and much, much more!
