Overview CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to provide professional, efficient support to internal customers and departments. This role manages work orders, conference room scheduling, and internal events, acting as a key liaison across teams. Details Type: Contract Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator I Location: Corning, NY Hybrid: This is currently a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. Pay Rate: $17.89/hr - $18.50 Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Education: 2-year associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Why This Role This position is ideal for organized, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
