We are proud & honored to provide these services.Overview Of PositionWe are looking for a Security Systems Administrator, Journeyman to work in Bratenahl, OH.An active Top-Secret clearance and United States Citizenship are required to be considered for this position.ResponsibilitiesSupport Security Team operations at all DFAS locations for network securityProvide security infrastructure operational support for Firewalls, IPS/IDS, DNSSEC, Reverse Proxies, Web Proxies, Zero Trust Network Architecture TechnologiesPerform security infrastructure monitoring activitiesConduct network traffic analysis for troubleshooting access issuesProvide Tier II-level customer service for security infrastructureFollow directions from DoD CERT for security operationsVerify secure configuration using SRRs and security scans (ACAS, MECM)Report non-compliance and vulnerabilities via POA&M, AOR, or SOLImplement change control process for security infrastructureConfigure hardware/software for DoD and DFAS complianceQualificationsExperience/Skills:5+ years network/systems administration experienceDoD 8140 Work Role 441 Network Operations Specialist qualificationExperience with firewall administrationKnowledge of IDS/IPS systemsExperience with DNS/DNSSECFamiliarity with web proxy and content filteringNetwork monitoring and troubleshooting skillsUnderstanding of DISA STIG requirementsExperience with ticketing systemsPreferred QualificationsSecurity X or CISSP certificationCisco CCNA/CCNP certificationExperience with DFAS security infrastructurePrior DoD security operations experienceExperience with Zero Trust technologiesSplunk or SIEM experienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldCertificationsCompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA/CCNPClearanceActive Top-Secret clearance is required.Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).FEDITC, LLC. is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
