Float Phlebotomist IIPride Health is hiring Float Phlebotomist II to support our client's team in Stamford, CT. This is a full-time, 13-week contract.Job Summary: This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion and the candidate will be floating between Greenwich and Norwalk, CT. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in venipuncture, especially with difficult draws, and comfortable working independently in a patient-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical collectionsHandle difficult (hard stick) and geriatric patient draws with confidenceAccurately process and prepare specimens for laboratory testingMaintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentialityEnsure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standardsManage workload independently in a solo work settingQualifications:Minimum 6+ month of phlebotomy experienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAdditional Information:Location: Stamford, CTJob Type: 13-week contractPay Range: $20 - $23 hourlyShifts: Mon Fri: 6:30 AM 6:00 PM Rotating SaturdaysOffered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
