Diakon Behavioral Health Services#offers a range of counseling and behavioral services to children, teens, families and adult individuals. Services are provided through counseling centers in Mechanicsburg, Lewisburg, Montoursville, Williamsport, within several public-school buildings, Kennett Square, and Chester County. Specialized programs include family-based mental health services, provided in the community and in-home, addiction counseling, trauma-focused therapy and SPIN, a service designed to assist children and youths who have problematic sexual behaviors. General Responsibilities: Responsible for providing clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a co-occurring setting.# Develops individualized treatment plan for each client per agency procedures.# Provides a wide range of therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families and groups based on individualized assessment and treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team. Completes comprehensive psychological assessments on each client seen in keeping with professional standards of practice as well as DPW, DOH and other third party requirements. # # Education/Training: A graduate degree from a college or university in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum; LMFT, LPC or LCSW required. # Experience: Post-Master#s supervised clinical experience preferred. # ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills Compensation and Benefits: Diakon offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
