Senior Project ManagerRETS Associates on behalf of our client, a leading SoCal general contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end office tenant improvement projects in Los Angeles, CA. This role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout, serves as the client-facing lead, and drives business growth through industry relationships.Responsibilities:Lead full project lifecycle, including budgets, schedules, and closeoutsOversee and mentor project teamsAct as primary client contact and build strong relationshipsSupport business development and proposalsQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred9+ years of GC project management experience, with focus on office TIProven ability to manage large-scale projectsProficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).Established CRE and construction industry relationships in LAStrong leadership, communication, and business development skills
