The Residential Sales Representative is accountable for achieving sales, margin, and conversion targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our Sales Team uses a solution selling, consultative approach to working with customers. To be successful in this role, the Sales Representative will be focused on delivering the following:Serve customers with Quality, Service, and Integrity; provide a high-level customer service experienceAchieve sales growth, margin, close rate objectivesMaintain full utilization of Salesforce program and sales processesClear, consistent communication throughout the sales processRole And ResponsibilitiesMaintain appointment schedule and arrive to each appointment on timeMeasure client backyards and compose project proposals based on project specifications, customer needs, and product preferencesMaintain high level of clear, consistent communication with customers throughout the sales processRespond reliably and quickly to client requests and needsProvide a professional, informed sales presentationAchieve sales goals, margin targetsAdhere to and uphold company policies and sales procedureDeliver an exceptional customer experienceEffectively utilize Salesforce to record all appointments, emails, interactions with customersUse digital estimating system to produce project quotesRequired SkillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsHigh-level customer service skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated to achieve daily responsibilities, an entrepreneurial spiritDemonstrable problem solving and critical thinking skillsBasic math acumenAbility to learn quickly - product information, company processes and policiesAbove average listening skills; ability to understand,explain, and empathize with customer needsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to navigate difficult conversations effectively and respectfully with customers and internal team members should they ariseProficient in relevant computer applicationsGMail/GSuiteSalesforce/CRMEstimating toolsPrevious B-to-C sales experienceAbility to maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to all safe driving practicesPreferred SkillsMinimum 2 years experience with in-home sales consultations, home improvement sales (fence sales, a plus)BilingualCompensation OverviewTraining Phase (First 90 Days):Receive $2,300 biweekly, which includes a blend of classroom instruction and field-based hands-on training.Transition Phase (Next 90 Days)Continue receiving a $2,300 biweekly draw while building your own sales pipeline.Commission Phase (Post 6 Months)Transition into a performance-based compensation model, earning 8% commission on sales.
