We're looking for a Residential HVAC Install Manager who is a strong leader of people, quality, and performance. This role is responsible for leading installation teams, ensuring top-tier workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on every job. You will: Lead and support install crews Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality Drive team accountability and job performance Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience This is not a desk-only roleyou'll be in the field, supporting crews, inspecting jobs, and leading by example. Key responsibilities: Leadership & accountability: Lead, coach, and hold installation teams accountable to quality and performance standards Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and results Set clear expectations and ensure consistent execution Performance & execution: Ensure jobs are completed: On time To company quality standards With proper job site organization Maximize job board efficiency and crew productivity Identify gaps and drive immediate improvement Coaching & development: Train and mentor installers to maintain high workmanship standards Develop team members through hands-on coaching and support Reinforce best practices in installation quality and efficiency Customer experience: Communicate professionally with customers on job progress and expectations Ensure a clean, respectful, and high-quality experience on every install Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism Standards & safety: Ensure proper documentation, job notes, and job completion accuracy Uphold all safety protocols and company policies Maintain compliance with installation standards and procedures What we're looking for: 24+ years old with a valid driver's license and insurable record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Proven experience in HVAC installation (residential preferred) Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold accountability Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred: EPA certification Apprentice or Journeyman License What success looks like: High-quality installs completed consistently and efficiently Strong team performance and accountability Clean job sites and positive customer experiences Reduced callbacks and improved install quality A team culture built on pride in workmanship and results Schedule: MondayFriday Rotating weekends as needed Year-round, steady work Ready to lead?
