Front End Developer

Job TitleFor the Front end role, what we are looking for is more a Web Developer with Strong Angular skills being able to integrate with backend API's.Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong focus on frontend application developmentExtensive Angular single-page applications experience, including build/deploy and troubleshooting client-server integration issues.REST endpoint development, versioning, OpenAPI/Swagger, authentication/authorization, and backward compatibility.Strong testing and quality mindset: unit/integration tests in.NET, regression awareness, and ability to prevent breaking changes.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release governance in highly regulated enterprise environments.Ability to work in a regulated or large-enterprise setting with documentation, change control, and peer review standards.LDAP/Active Directory integration, token-based auth, role/entitlement models, and secure secret handlingFamiliarity with feature-flag driven delivery and safe rollout practices.Preferred qualifications:Experience with backend technologies such as Java,.NET, Python, SQL, or related server-side frameworksUnderstanding of contact center routing concepts, digital channels, IVR, agent experience, or workforce management integrationsExperience with SDKs, XML, SCXML/VXML, or platform-specific integration frameworks is a plus"Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
