BIM/VDC Coordinator

Overview This role involves advanced model analysis and MEP coordination to enhance project accuracy. Contribute to transforming the industrial manufacturing industry with state-of-the-art VDC tools and processes. Key Responsibilities - Implement and manage BIM tools for efficient construction project setup. - Coordinate MEP systems utilizing Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for precision. - Perform detailed model analysis to detect and resolve design conflicts. - Collaborate closely with construction management teams to optimize workflows. - Conduct on-site visits to ensure model accuracy and integration on construction project sites. Qualifications - Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred. - Minimum of 4 years experience in a related field. - Proficient in using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. - Strong background in construction management and project setup. - Proven expertise in VDC tools and processes. - Experience in MEP coordination and model analysis. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. - Willingness to travel to various construction project sites as necessary.
