This role focuses on Lean methodologies, waste elimination, value stream optimization, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation activities.The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Lean Manufacturing and Enterprise Excellence initiatives within manufacturing or distribution environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation and execution of Enterprise Excellence and operational transformation initiativesParticipate in process improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects across manufacturing operationsApply Lean and process improvement methodologies including:Structured Problem SolvingWaste EliminationVisual Management5S + SafetyStandard WorkError ProofingSMEDParticipate in daily production management and problem-solving activitiesSupport value stream and line-level process improvement activitiesAssist with planning and execution of Kaizen/Rapid Improvement EventsSupport benchmarking and best practice sharing initiativesApply engineering and analytical methodologies to support operational improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and leadership teamsSupport continuous improvement culture development and operational excellence initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredDegree focus in:Industrial EngineeringManufacturing EngineeringRelated technical field preferred4+ years of Enterprise Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement experienceExperience working in manufacturing or distribution environmentsStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologiesExperience supporting operational transformation initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work effectively across multiple organizational levelsStrong initiative and ability to drive change initiativesPreferred QualificationsLean Practitioner or Six Sigma certificationExperience with:Value Stream MappingShingo ModelTWI MethodologyStatistical MethodsExperience using tools such as:MinitabVisioMS ProjectCADExperience supporting Kaizen events and operational excellence programsCompensationEstimated hourly range: $50–$54/hr (W-2 Only)Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMWork Location: 100% Onsite – Chelmsford, MAContract Duration: Open-ended contract (6+ Months)Medium possibility of extension or conversion
