Repair Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various electronic and mechanical devices(example; Air Compressor, Generator, pneumatic tools, cordless tools etc.) . This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols. The Repair Technician will utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
Duties
Diagnose issues with electronic and mechanical devices through systematic troubleshooting.
Perform repairs on a variety of equipment, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
As a Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our customers’ tools running smoothly. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality service and support for nail guns, staple guns, and other essential equipment. Your day-to-day will include:
Troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and electric power tools (nail guns, staple guns, etc.)
Providing hands-on training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
Processing and fulfilling customer orders efficiently and accurately
Completing all required documentation (work orders, parts orders, time sheets, etc.)
Partnering with the sales team to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
Delivering top-tier customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance service efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all repair activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
Experience
At least one year experienced required on repair tools.
The Job Schedule is day time from monday to friday.No weekends.
Te Candidate must lift min 30 Ibs. and be helpful to his/her teammates with other tasks and complete the side works Dailly.
The Candidates must be able to read tools diagram correctly and make necessary list of the parts.
The Candidates must be very organized on her/his job area while working with other teammates.
Previous experience in a repair technician role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, particularly an ohmmeter, is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Familiarity with electronic components, circuitry, and mechanical systems is advantageous.

Pay: $15.50 - $35.00 per hour
