The Project Supervisor will oversee construction projects, manage teams, ensure adherence to project timelines, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring safety protocols, managing resources, and providing regular progress updates to owners. Additionally, the Project Supervisor will work closely with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals effectively.QualificationsProject Management, Team Coordination, and Supervisory skillsProficiency with Construction Project Scheduling and Resource AllocationSolid understanding of Safety Protocols and Compliance StandardsStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to solve problems efficiently and handle challenges on-siteExperience interpreting blueprints, technical documents, and construction plansAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standardsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in construction project management or a supervisory role
