If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for hospitality, this is your opportunity to shine! *Duties* * Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable * Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods * Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating cocktail experience and beverage service skills * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations during food handling, bussing tables, and clearing dishes * Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction *Qualifications* * Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience * Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor * Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while multitasking seamlessly * Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales efficiently * Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings to assist guests confidently * Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques * Previous experience in serving or host/hostess roles is highly desirable * Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences with enthusiasm!
