Director of Nursing (Behavioral Health) Pinehurst, NCHorizon Health Corporation is seeking a Director of Nursing (Behavioral Health) at First Health Moore Regional Health in Pinehurst, NC. This unit is a 28 bed adult/ dual diagnosis program. Responsibilities include working in partnership with hospital president, system CNO and other hospital staff. Must have demonstrated experience in leading within a Professional Governance environment. Must have strong skills in the management of human resources with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously. Strong planning and organization skills required. Strong skills in leveraging technology for productivity and nursing information systems required. Demonstrated business, financial, and clinical skills to manage the operations of assigned departments to ensure high quality, patient focused care required. Demonstrated leadership and administrative skills with the ability to develop and coach staff as well as the ability to delegate. Strong listening and critical thinking skills required.
