Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product demos, and assisting with purchases Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Assist in inventory management through stock replenishment and product rotation Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Prior supervising experience or leadership skills in retail settings Ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly communicate features and benefits Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is a plus Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store presentation standards Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
