Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician based in Memphis, TN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs, and ensuring all machinery runs efficiently and safely. The role also involves collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and functional work environment. Qualifications Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial MaintenanceSkills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and technical issuesProficiency in conducting Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasksUnderstanding of safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamPrevious experience in maintenance roles within the food service or hospitality industry is a plusRelevant certifications or technical training are advantageous
