Payroll Benefits Assistant Needed Immediately!Great Heights Location – Zip Code 77018to 70KMUST have current ADP experience!!!We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual Payroll/Benefits Assistant with 3+ years' experience. You must have current ADP experience and be fully bilingual English/Spanish to translate both verbal and written communications. Job ResponsibilitiesSupport HR Manager and department staff; handle HR issues in absence of ManagerAnswer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to HR management.Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR regulations.Assist in new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork.Assist with weekly payroll functions including answering employee questions and explaining correctionsAssist HR Manager with planning and execution of special events such as benefit open enrollment, departmental and organization-wide meetings, and employee recognition events.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources or related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalent with applicable HR work experience; additional education in HR or internships is a plus3+ years' HR experience in a corporate office setting, especially experience in hourly/weekly payrollFully Bilingual in English/Spanish with verbal and written skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).MUST HAVE CURRENT ADP experience!!!Basic understanding of HR principles and regulations
