This role requires a consultative approach to selling, strong financial and technical acumen, and the ability to view opportunities through the lens of partners, HP, and customers. The PBM will assess growth strategies, develop go-to-market plans, and drive revenue while embodying HP's core values of honesty, integrity, objectivity, competitiveness, and passion.HP Way Values: HP's core values of trust and respect, high levels of achievement and contribution, uncompromising integrity, achieving common goals through teamwork, innovation and flexibility.ResponsibilitiesPartner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with 1520 partners, ensuring alignment with HP's objectives and long-term growth.Consultative Selling: Engage partners with a solutions-oriented approach, identifying opportunities that deliver value across PS and Imaging portfolios.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market share.Financial & Technical Acumen: Analyze partner performance, assess ROI, and provide insights on investments and resource allocation.Collaborative Engagement: Work cross-functionally with HP teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to deliver seamless partner experiences.Performance Monitoring: Set revenue targets, track KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts to ensure accountability and transparency.Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine partner strategies.Conflict Resolution: Navigate and resolve partner challenges while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.Mentorship: Share best practices and coach junior team members when needed.Education & Experience RecommendedBachelor's or Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.8-10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, channel management, or partner business development.Experience in Personal Systems and Imaging & Printing solutions preferred.Knowledge & SkillsChannel Sales & Account ManagementConsultative Selling & Business DevelopmentFinancial Analysis & Strategic PlanningCRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)Sales Forecasting & Pipeline ManagementValue Proposition DevelopmentEffective Communication & NegotiationCustomer-Centric ApproachWhy Join Us?This is a high-impact role where you'll shape partner strategies, drive growth, and influence HP's success in the PS and Imaging segments. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
