Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) Category: Allied HealthLocation: Hyannis, MA 02601Schedule: 36 hours/week | Rotating Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AMAdditional Requirements: Every Other Weekend & Holiday Travel Pay: From $2300/Week Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to deliver high-quality respiratory care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ventilator management, airway management, and critical care support , with the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities Manage patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions Initiate, monitor, troubleshoot, and wean mechanical ventilators Perform diagnostic procedures including ABGs, sputum collection, spirometry, and capnography Interpret arterial blood gases and monitor patients during transport Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response Team (RRT) events Assist with intubations, bronchoscopies, and conscious sedation procedures Administer: Oxygen therapy and high-flow oxygen Heliox therapy Aerosolized medications Non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP) Provide tracheostomy care, suctioning, and airway clearance therapies Support neonatal and pediatric respiratory care as needed Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure charge reconciliation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist in staff training/orientation Required Qualifications RRT or CRT Certification Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapy License Current BLS and NRP Certifications Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of critical care experience Experience in ICU, ER, or acute care settings Strong expertise in ventilator and airway management Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure clinical environment For more details reach at or Call / Text at .
