Sales Administrative Assistant

Description: Duties/Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Provide general support to visitors. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Act as support staff for inside sales team. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Self-motivated. Team player with high level of dedication. Strong computer skills. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Effective communication skills, both written and spoken. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
