Successful candidates must demonstrate high integrity, neuroscience and/or neurosurgical sales experience, business acumen, emotional intelligence, and above all, a commitment to winning. ROLEThe ideal candidate would have experience navigating complex hospital-based sales with a focus on neurosurgery, neurology, and/or radiology service lines. This candidate is expected to be a dynamic, self-motivated, tactical thinker with a proven track record of finding early adopters. As a sales professional, you will operate strategically to find the right targets, the right influencers, reduce the sales cycle, and sell with a customer service mind-set. This role will be calling on global thought-leaders in the fields of neurosurgery, radiology, neuro-rehabilitation, and neurology.KEY REQUIREMENTSExperience in a complex sale that touches multiple stakeholders in a healthcare system. Must have a great track record of consistently delivering sales to targetMust have deep experience selling to sophisticated clinicians, such as surgeons or radiologists, and managing complex procurement processes in hospitals and hospital networks Experience selling into neurosurgery, neurology, and/or neuroradiology is a plusCustomer first attitude that is proficient within multiple personas of the hospital environment including Imaging, PACS, IT, operating room, purchasing.
