As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Field Management Trainee. position is based on skill development toward a future management position. Training and skill development will be focused in the following areas: Parts, Service, Body Shop, Warranty, New and Used Truck Sales, and Dealership Administration functions.Follow assigned training schedule and timelines as outlined by management.Focus on key skills necessary to understand and succeed in all assigned areas of the company.Active and participative in all assigned areas; ability to handle multiple tasks.Hands on during training. Skills and performance must be demonstrated before moving on to the next training phase.Establishes and maintains a working relationship with MHC management team, vendors, and customers.Attends vendor sponsored events as required (including evening or weekend assignments.)Flexible to changes deemed necessary by management.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.SAFETY-SENSITIVEThis position has been designated as a safety-sensitive position.
